5pm: A special Mass with blessing for the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur.
6:30pm to midnight: Festivities will include hors d’oeuvres, music and dancing, a cash bar, and live and silent auctions hosted by a live auctioneer. Throughout the evening there will be split-the-pot and raffle drawings. The highlight of the evening will be a special recognition for the Sisters who will receive a Guardian Angel award.

Tickets
Tickets are $30 each and $35 at the door. Tickets can be purchased by adults 21 years and older in the church vestibule on September 10, 11, 24, 25 and October 1, 2, 8, and 9, or by contacting Sue Brosnan at 773-202-8146 or srbharvestgala@gmail.com (Online purchase via credit card is to come soon.)

Getting involved
You are invited to participate as a volunteer at the upcoming Harvest Gala. Committees are meeting every two weeks. To find out how you can get involved, please contact the event co-chairs, or look for meeting dates listed on the website, church Bulletin for dates and times.

Donations or sponsorship
If you are considering a gift to our Inaugural Harvest Gala, you will be impacting not only the community of St. Robert Bellarmine, but in turn all of those we serve through our education and outreach efforts. Our community strives to see God in the world around us. The bounty of goodness and blessings mirror the name of this event. We are proud to have planted the seeds of knowledge through educating children since 1931, and the seeds of compassion through our continued outreach, and the seeds of faith through our faith filled presence in our Jefferson Park and Chicago community. Please help us to nurture those seeds with your gift that will ensure a bountiful harvest in the years to come with:
